Company Description:

• HCI Catering  is locally known as Manhattan's premier catering organization offering everything from graduation party catering to wedding catering. We look forward to catering the upcoming  Symphony in the Flint Hills  event featuring the Kansas City Symphony on  June 14th  and are now hiring  contract  team members to work this  one-day event .
• This is a  contract   job that will pay $225 at the end of this 13-14 hour event. Beverages, meals, and transportation will be provided to all Event Staff. The event is about 1.5 hours from Manhattan, all contractors will board a bus for transport to and from the event due to the remote ranch location.

Job Description:

HCI Catering is now hiring  contract   event staff to work the Symphony on the Flint Hills event on  June 14th . Job duties for this unique, one-day event will include basic food service and customer service tasks in food and beverage tents. This all-day event requires team members to work, mainly on their feet, for 13-14 hours. All contractors will be paid by check at the end of the event.

Agenda for the day:

• 9:45am: Staff gathers at HCI (530 McCall Rd #110, Manhattan, KS 66502)
• 10:00am: Bus leaves HCI
• 11:30am: Arrive on site
• 9-930pm: Event ends/we pack as much material for return trip
• 11:00/11:30pm: Back in Manhattan

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and be able to and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Duties include plating, prepping and serving food, pouring drinks and cleaning up.
• The days event will be 13-14 hours, and all candidates will ride a bus 2 hour each way to and from the catering site.
