Our goal is to support the work at the Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), which provides research, development, and engineering technology for aviation and missile platforms throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities Provide technical assistance to maintain secure and available systems, adhering to DoD cybersecurity policies. Guide in the use of hardware and software, including installation and troubleshooting. Support and resolve issues related to government-used software and hardware. Offer Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for the AvMC Enterprise. Log all support requests in the service management system from various channels. Diagnose and troubleshoot routine technical issues with guidance. Manage account provisioning and modifications, support desktop and mobile devices, printers, and security measures. Configure and sustain devices in compliance with DISA DoD policies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Excellent communication and organizational skills. At least 8 years of relevant experience. DoD 8570 Level II/III certification. US Secret Clearance.
