Overview:

Coda Solutions Corporation is seeking a Business Financial Professional Level 1 (BFP-1) to support a government program with day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Government Business Managers, Contracting Officers, and Program Managers to ensure proper financial execution, data entry, and tracking of budgetary requirements using agency financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the validation and completion of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
• Support end-of-year closeout activities and Actual data call submissions.
• Maintain and update spend plans based on Government-specified requirements.
• Modify requisitions and supporting documentation in accordance with Contracting guidance.
• Track and monitor requisitions through the approval and certification lifecycle.
• Pull reports and financial data from systems including FACTS, CMIS, EDSS, and CDW.
• Follow established agency acquisition and financial management policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in DoD or IC financial or purchasing operations, or
• 6 years of combined DoD, IC, and commercial experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel , including use of formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with or exposure to agency financial systems (e.g., FACTS, CMIS) is a plus.

Education:

• No degree required for this position.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field may substitute for 2 years of required experience.
