About the Role: As part of the Event Staff, you’ll support the planning and execution of engaging events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the smooth operation of events, from setup to breakdown Help prepare and distribute promotional materials Arrange event decor, signage, and product displays to create an inviting atmosphere Welcome and assist attendees, providing information and handling inquiries professionally Monitor activities throughout the event to maintain compliance with guidelines Deliver top-notch customer service, working closely with team members to ensure attendee satisfaction Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends Prior experience in events or customer service is a bonus but not required Why Join?
