About The Role We seek a dynamic General Manager (Security) to lead our operations in Minneapolis, MN. Your goal: optimize efficiency, drive profitability, and lead the team effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction. Strategy Development: Implement strategies to improve execution and add value cost-effectively. Customer Engagement: Meet clients regularly to ensure needs are met and gather feedback. Team Leadership: Mentor staff, plan work, recruit, and train. Travel: Up to 25% travel required.
