Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Independent Sales Representative to join our team. This role is entirely commission-based, with the potential for significant earnings based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and cold calling, with a strong preference for experience in selling to schools and a deep understanding of social-emotional learning (SEL) principles. This is a 100% remote position, and the individual can be located anywhere in the United States. They will be expected to conduct business in all U.S. geographies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients (schools and educational institutions).
• Present and promote Persist Kids' programs and materials to school administrators, counselors, and other decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on Persist Kids' products, services, and the latest developments in SEL.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and cold calling.
• Experience selling to schools or educational institutions is highly preferred.
• Understanding of social-emotional learning (SEL) concepts and their importance in education.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Compensation:

• This is a 100% commission-based position.
• Earnings potential is directly tied to sales performance.
