DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

Designs, develops, and implements training content and programs for various types of learning. Evaluates and provides feedback and recommendations on the effectiveness of training programs and materials. Coordinates and facilitates training logistics and manages classroom activities. Creates effective learning opportunities that support foundational training curriculum and align with business goals. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create content that aligns with business goals. Maintains inventory of training supplies and materials, ensuring they align with brand voice, company policies, and compliance requirements. Processes data for use in training and continuous improvement efforts.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience required. Training experience preferred. Experience applying adult learning theory, concepts, practices, and principles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent skills with MS Office programs. Proficiency with eLearning/instructional design software. AA/BA Degree in related field or equivalent work experience. Background in adult training theory and techniques required. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time. This position includes a base salary range of $67,500 - $108,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
