Job Description We are seeking a motivated IT Product Management Intern to join our dynamic Product & Technology team. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and delivery of digital products that enhance the guest experience and drive business value. As a IT Product Management Intern, you will: Assist product managers in defining product requirements Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Conduct competitive analysis and user research to support feature development Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders Support testing and QA efforts to validate new features and functionality Support day-to-day tasks Qualifications: Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field Strong interest in product management, technology, and customer-focused design Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Tableau is a bonus What You’ll Gain Real-world experience in digital product management within a large hospitality organization Exposure to Agile frameworks and product lifecycle management Mentorship from experienced product and IT professionals Opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that reach thousands of guests Additional Information Why Westgate?
