Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Developer/Analyst with a strong background in the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules . The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in PeopleTools development , Integration Broker , and Oracle SQL/PLSQL , as well as experience with Linux scripting and AWE. Prior experience in the public sector , especially with the State of Texas CPA CAPPS Financials system , is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 , particularly with Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleTools development , including:
  • PeopleCode
  • Application Packages
  • Application Engine
  • COBOL
  • SQR
• 8+ years of experience developing integrations using Integration Broker with technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML .
• 8+ years of experience with advanced SQL and PL/SQL development in an Oracle database environment.
• 8+ years of experience in Linux OS scripting .
• 8+ years of experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) .
• 8+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing technical design documents .
• 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Teams
  • Visio
• 4+ years of experience collaborating with large teams using Microsoft Teams .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system .
• Experience with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP) .
• Experience working with SharePoint .
• Experience using Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Familiarity with the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with STAT for PeopleSoft change management.
