What You'll Do:

As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of mid-level and physician practitioners-from primary care providers to medical directors-ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional experience for every candidate.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs, build strategic recruitment plans, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and requisition status.
• Screen, interview, and recommend top candidates, coordinating site visits, shadowing opportunities, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and the organization.
• Champion compliance by staying up to date with employment laws and credentialing requirements, ensuring every hire meets the highest standards.
• Build strong relationships with medical schools, alumni networks, and professional organizations to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events, showcasing our culture and commitment to excellence when called to.
• Support onboarding and transitions, working closely with credentialing and operations teams to ensure a smooth start for every new provider.
• Gather insights through exit interviews to help shape future recruitment strategies and improve the overall provider experience.
