As a Chubbies Product Line Management Intern, you will support the end-to-end product creation process by assisting in the development and maintenance of seasonal line plans, and partnering cross-functionally with design, development, sourcing, and marketing teams. You'll contribute to data-driven decision making by analyzing sales, inventory, and market trends, while also conducting competitive research to inform product strategy. Additionally, you'll play a key role in preparing for cross-functional milestone meetings, maintaining product data accuracy, and managing samples. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle and the opportunity to shadow key stakeholders across merchandising and product functions. Attention: To be eligible to apply, you must be affiliated with a local college or university located in or around Austin, TX. Please note: This internship is unpaid and for class credit only. Timeline Fall 2025, August-December. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the creation and maintenance of seasonal line plans and line architecture. Help coordinate color and style merchandising across categories. Partner with design, development, sourcing, and marketing teams to track product milestones and timelines. Assist in compiling sales, inventory, and trend data to inform line decisions. Analyze historical performance to support SKU rationalization or new product introductions. Conduct competitive research on product offerings, pricing, and market positioning. Monitor industry trends and compile reports to support seasonal concepting or line expansions. Help organize and update Go-to-Market (GTM) materials like line books, sell-in tools, and merchandising decks. Ensure accuracy of product details (names, codes, features) in presentations and catalogs. Support sample management: track sample status, organize sample closets, and coordinate sample shipments. Maintain accurate product information in PLM tools or digital line plans. Shadow key stakeholders across merchandising, design, and development functions.
