The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

**** Full-time / Hybrid (In office 3x/week in Austin, TX) ****

We're growing fast and are scaling our sales team. There aren't rigid scripts, playbooks, or free leads—but it does mean you'll be close to the action and have a real say in how we build the sales engine. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline, running outbound experiments, and helping us learn fast by executing high-value experiments.

Compensation:

70,000 Base + 40,000 Commission + Meaningful Equity.

What You'll Do

  • Run cold outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
  • Research accounts, write cold emails, test messaging, and iterate based on what converts
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to build lead lists, define ICPs, and refine targeting
  • Document and systematize what works—help us turn 1→10 in outbound
  • Help shape early sales ops, tools, and workflows alongside the founding team
