Sunstates Security is hiring a Security Site Lead for a high-profile client site in Menlo Park, CA. The Security Site Lead (PSSL) will assist with security operations, life safety response, event management, crisis response, and BAU operations. Responsibilities include providing administrative support as assigned by management and Sunstates Security Leadership. This position offers an annual salary of $110,000, with weekly pay, along with industry-leading benefits such as 401k with company match, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more. Primary Responsibilities: Provide Life Safety Emergency Response Services at the assigned office. Serve as incident commander during onsite emergencies. Manage security systems like CCTV, alarms, access control. Ensure safety for personnel and visitors. Monitor alarms and respond to emergencies. Take action to prevent losses and security incidents. Escort personnel as needed. Report incidents and observations promptly. Coordinate with business leaders and support administrative tasks. Assist with workplace operations, vendor coordination, event setup, and key control. Guide new employees on security protocols. Requirements: Ability to travel 30% of the time. Flexible and capable of change management. Proficient in Google Suite. On-site during working hours and events. Leadership skills for training and oversight. Ability to wear radios and ensure post coverage. Schedule management and payroll oversight. Mentoring security staff and performing all related duties. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
