Job Details

We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as either a Teller or a Universal Banker, depending on availability. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, capable of handling Teller transactions, assisting with lending, and managing new deposit accounts. Given the minimal Teller traffic at this branch, we prefer a Universal Banker who can efficiently manage both Teller and additional banking responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Teller Duties:

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Issue cashier checks, money orders, and currency orders
• Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawers
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries

Universal Banker Duties:

• Assist customers with opening new deposit accounts
• Support lending processes and provide information on loan products
• Perform Teller transactions as needed
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• Previous banking or customer service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
