SERVICES

We offer flexible support options, including regular visits, overnight care, live-in care, and respite care, tailored to meet your specific needs whenever you need assistance.

We Are Experienced In

Companionship

Our dedicated support workers are available to visit you or your loved one as frequently as required, providing essential human connection and companionship throughout the day. Having a friendly face to assist with daily activities is crucial for happiness and wellbeing. Our support workers often develop strong bonds with our clients, becoming trusted friends they can easily chat with, whether at home or during outings.

Live-in Services

Live-in Care Service involves having a support worker living with you to provide continuous assistance, especially if you have a long-term health condition that requires clinical care. These support workers often become more like companions, accompanying you to various social events, lectures, and work, allowing you to live life to the fullest on your own terms.

Respite Support

We provide private respite services, offering short-term care to families who need a break from caregiving. Our experienced live-in support workers take over daily routines, allowing families to rest and recharge. Whether for a few days or an extended period, we arrange care for your loved ones, giving you time for yourself or even a holiday. Temporary live-in services are also available to support your loved ones in your absence.

Sitting Services

Our Sitting Services provide a respite opportunity for carers, offering a minimum of 2 hours of support and remaining for as long as needed. Anyone in need can avail of this service, where our sitters provide companionship and assistance with leisure activities. Although it doesn’t include domiciliary care, the service allows carers to take a break while ensuring company for their loved ones during that time.

Supported Living

Our Supported Living service aims to empower individuals with various support needs, allowing them to maintain their independence while receiving the necessary physical and emotional support to lead fulfilling lives in their own homes.

The approach is strength-based, focusing on positive outcomes and creating environments that foster independence and functionality. The service offers flexible support, including short, frequent calls throughout the week, tailored to individual preferences. This assistance can range from shopping and work support to accompanying individuals to social visits.

Clients have control over the type of support they receive, and a person-centered support plan is developed based on their strengths, interests, priorities, and skills. There are two levels of supported living available: “Low Needs” for living independently in one’s flat with customized support, and “Medium Needs” for shared accommodation with structured support preparing individuals for independent living. Overnight staff and on-call managers are also available for additional support as needed.

Working Nights/Sleep Ins

We offer night care services to provide a temporary break for individuals and their families while they recover from accidents, illnesses, or hospital stays. With our waking nights service, a support worker will stay awake throughout the night at your home, offering assistance and monitoring as required. Alternatively, with our sleep-in night service, a support worker will sleep in your home during the night hours, ensuring your peace of mind and readiness to assist if needed.
